Thorold · Mayor 2026
Born and raised in Thorold, Henry D'Angela has spent over 25 years serving our community — from City Council to Mayor to Regional Council. Now he's ready to lead Thorold forward again.

A Thorold native, Henry graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in economics and is the President and CEO of D'Angela Financial Services, serving the community for over 34 years. His business expertise and dedication earned him the 2006 Niagara "Top 40 Under 40" award.
Henry and his wife of 29 years, Rina, have two children, Julie and Kyle. For Henry, success can only be realized when those around you succeed as well — a philosophy that has driven a lifetime of community involvement and public service.
Whether volunteering, leading a community organization, or serving as an elected official, Henry brings the same dedication to service and shared success. For Henry, service is a way of life, and Thorold is a better place because of it.
